Get in touch with the great out doors
Following on from last week, I just wanted to tell you how therapeutic being out in nature is.
Think about it, humans as a species were outdoor creatures for thousands of years, and it’s only in the last few hundred that we have become indoor people. We have developed as a race to be outdoors and in nature, to suddenly become indoor and be separated from nature; I think it’s a very unhealthy thing. Just being barefooted on grass has a calming effect and it discharges the extra built up electro chemical energy that your body naturally produces all the time and makes you feel free'er. Try it its called grounding.
